Assamese Community in Georgia Celebrates Rongali Bihu with Cultural Fervor in Atlanta

Atlanta, April 12, 2025: The vibrant beats of the dhol and the graceful steps of the Bihu dance brought the essence of Assam to life as the Assamese Community Of Georgia (ACOG) celebrates Rongali Bihu in Atlanta.

The celebration was marked by the participation of Assamese families from across Georgia and neighboring states. The highlight of the event was the presence of Mr. Ramesh Babu Lakshmanan, the consular general of India, who attended as the Chief Guest.
